User-Centred Design
This one-day course will enable you to start using user-centred design (UCD) principles in your project straightaway. It will take you through the entire journey from planning, through design and development, to launch and beyond.
The course will be strongly supported by case studies, and you will participate in a number of exercises designed to deepen your understanding of the UCD toolkit. A brief to create an actual digital product will be incorporated in many of these.
At the end of the day, you will leave with a comprehensive set of techniques and templates that you can apply to the development of your digital products.
