Your Tutor

Kevin Stewart is a full-time publishing contracts consultant at Contracts For Publishing Ltd, working with an extremely diverse client list, including Simon & Schuster UK, Hodder Education, Rily Publications, Lawpack and the Poetry Archive. He has been a regular tutor for The Publishing Training Centre for more than ten years. Kevin has contributed to the two standard reference texts on the issue of publishing copyright: Clark’s Publishing Agreements: a Book of Precedents and Publishing Law, 3rd Edition. He sits on the Publishers Association Rights Group, and has been closely involved with the Publishers Association in the establishment and negotiation of agreements with the BBC for its radio and television use of published extracts.
