Your tutor
Since 1999, Harry Puckering has provided a bespoke training service to organisations: from learning needs analysis, through programme planning and delivery to evaluation. Recent programmes have included coaching, leadership, assertiveness, motivation, communication and influencing skills, team working and presentations. Prior to 1999 Harry spent 13 years in commissioning and management in Thomson Corporation business-to-business publishing companies. His final position was running the Transport Division of Jane’s Information Group, which profitably generated more than £2.5 million revenue each year, publishing books, magazines, CD-ROMs and web-based information for the civil transport markets.
