Adobe PDF files have several purposes in publishing: as pre-press files for printing, for electronic distribution, for creating files that are accessible to screen readers and for interactive files, including sound and movies files.
This course covers the creation of PDFs from a variety of different software packages. You’ll learn how to ensure they are fit for their intended purpose by looking at such things as:
- document properties
- production options
- font issues
- creating interactive PDFs.
By the end of it, you’ll know how to create PDFs for anything from proofing to interactive web content.
