Photoshop for Beginners
Adobe Photoshop is a powerful and flexible package that has become the standard image manipulation software for print and electronic publishers. This introductory course is intended for designers, editors, marketers and production staff with little or no knowledge of Photoshop.
The course will:
- demonstrate the key functions of the programme
- introduce you to the process of modification and montaging of images
- develop your skills from the initial scan or digital photograph, through to final preparation for print or web publishing.
Group sizes are kept deliberately small, ensuring that you get the individual attention you need as you work through a number of confidence-building exercises. You will gain hands-on experience on either an Apple Mac or PC, which is pre-loaded with all the latest software, including Adobe CS 5.5.
